Executive Director + Founder
Ydania Peralta
Ydania Peralta founded His Hands and Feet with a heart for serving vulnerable and underserved communities. For over 20 years, she has dedicated her life to uplifting others, guided by faith and a belief that even small acts of compassion can create lasting change. Through her work with the nonprofit, Ydania partners with organizations, volunteers, and community members to bring hope, resources, and encouragement to those who need it most.
As a chaplain, she provides spiritual guidance and support to individuals in need, and as a realtor, she helps families find not just a house, but a home—a place where love, safety, and belonging can thrive.

Married for more than 35 years, Ydania is a proud mother of three and grandmother of three. Her life and work reflect a deep commitment to serving others, strengthening communities, and inspiring hope—one life at a time.

Secretary
Cathy Nazaire
Cathy Nazaire is the Board Secretary at His Hands and Feet and is known for her deep commitment to students and the community. With over ten years of experience in missions and student ministry at a local church, Cathy has also served as a missionary in Jamaica. In addition to her role at His Hands and Feet, she is currently the Executive Director of Mokher Plumbing, where she continues to lead with the same dedication and passion for service.

Treasurer
Samuel Linero
Samuel Linero serves as the Board Treasurer for His Hands and Feet, Inc., bringing over a decade of dedicated service in various church ministries to support the organization’s mission. With a strong background in both corporate and non-profit financial services, he plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization. Samuel’s passion for community outreach drives his commitment to developing impactful events that serve those in need. In addition to his role at His Hands and Feet, Samuel is the Next Gen Director at Christ Journey Church where he impacts the spiritual lives of Students and Young Adults.

Project Manager
Stephanie Linero
Stephanie Linero serves as a Project Manager for His Hands and Feet, Inc., bringing years of administrative leadership and faith-based nonprofit experience to the organization. With a deep passion for community impact, she finds her greatest joy in supporting the Haven of Hope Pantry initiative.

Outside of her work in ministry and service, Stephanie is a devoted wife to her husband, Samuel, and mother to their three children — Paola, Noelle, and Haddon. She is also a content creator who shares beauty, lifestyle, and personal style content online, blending creativity with purpose. Stephanie is driven by a genuine love for people and a heart to serve wherever she is called.
