A Month to Remember, Pray, and Serve

As we step into July, we prepare to celebrate the 4th of July and the 250th year of our nation. It is a time to reflect on freedom, gratitude, family, and the blessings we often hold close.
But as we closed the month of June, our hearts were heavy with the heartbreaking news coming from Venezuela. So many lives have been lost. Families have been torn apart. Children, adults, and the elderly have all been affected in ways that are difficult to put into words.
Moments like this remind us how fragile life truly is. They remind us that in a single moment, everything can change. They also remind us of the power of compassion, prayer, and community.
At His Hands and Feet, we believe that serving others is one of the most meaningful ways we can reflect the love of Christ. Whether someone gives financially, donates supplies, offers a prayer, sends a message of comfort, or simply says, “I see you, and you are not alone,” every act of love matters.
We continue to lift up Venezuela, the families grieving, the injured, the missing, the rescuers, the volunteers, and every person working tirelessly to bring hope in the middle of devastation. Watching people step forward, risk their own lives, and become the hands and feet of the Lord has been both heartbreaking and beautiful.
This July, as we celebrate freedom, may we also remember those who are suffering. May we not look away. May we pray. May we give as we are able. May we comfort where we can. And may we continue to be people who show up with love, compassion, and hope.
Our hearts are with Venezuela.
With love and prayer,
His Hands and Feet, Inc.
