November: A Month of Gratitude and Giving

As Thanksgiving approaches, we pause to give thanks for the people who bring kindness, encouragement, and hope into our lives. At His Hands and Feet, Inc., that includes you—our donors, volunteers, school partners, and friends who make caring for our community possible.
This November also marks three years of serving students and families across Miami-Dade. We thank God for every opportunity to help and for each person who has walked alongside us.
During this Gratitude Month, we are reminded that something we may take for granted—a full pantry, breakfast before school, or soap in the bathroom—can bring meaningful relief to a family facing a difficult season.
Give Miami Day: November 19
On November 19, we invite you to help us keep that support going through Give Miami Day. Early giving begins November 14.
Through our Haven of Hope School Pantry Program, we partner with local schools to provide food, family meal bags, snacks, hygiene products, and everyday essentials. By restocking monthly, we help schools offer dependable support to students and their families throughout the school year.
For a parent stretching groceries until payday, a meal bag can ease the worry of what to serve for dinner. For a student starting the day without breakfast, having food available at school can make the morning a little easier.
These are everyday needs, and meeting them matters.
Your Give Miami Day donation helps us purchase supplies and keep our school pantries stocked. Whatever amount you choose to give, you become part of a community helping families face their next day with a little more support.
Please mark your calendar for November 19—or give early beginning November 14. Visit www.hhafi.org for our Give Miami Day giving link and updates.
You can also help by sharing our mission with a friend, your church, or your workplace. Your invitation may connect someone new to this work.
With Thankful Hearts
To everyone who has donated, packed supplies, made a delivery, organized a collection, or offered encouragement: thank you. Your kindness reaches beyond what you may ever see.
We are also grateful to our school partners for the care they show their students and to the families who trust us to be a small part of their support system. It is a privilege to serve alongside this community.
As you gather around your Thanksgiving table, we hope your home is filled with love, peace, and meaningful moments with those you hold dear.
Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at His Hands and Feet, Inc. Thank you for helping us share care and hope throughout the year.
With gratitude,
